New Road Paves Way for Bass Pro Shops
Missouri-based retailer to anchor CenterState

 

Iowa developer Curtis McDonald said this morning that Bass Pro Shops has signed a letter of intent to build an 80,000-square-foot store to anchor the first phase of his Center-State Crossing commercial development at Vandiver Drive and Highway 63.

Politicians, neighbors, contractors, engineers, and scads of business leaders and city officials gathered this morning for a ribon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the $7.5 million Vandiver Drive extension and Highway 63 interchange project, which has been nearly seven years in the making.
