This regional site is located next to Rushmore Mall, which has an estimated 8 million visitors annually, and is the only regional mall within 350 miles of Rapid City to the west of the Sioux Falls marketplace.

 

DEVELOPMENT:

 

The site contains approximately 100 acres with three-fourths of a mile of frontage at grade along Interstate 90 via two highway interchanges at LaCrosse Street and Highway 16. Eglin Road will be constructed from LaCrosse to Highway 16 to provide internal vehicular circulation.
